Why did I become a personal trainer:
As a child, I had my own struggles with being overweight. Through a combination of correct diet and exercise, I was able to lose the weight and become much fitter. The feeling of success that I had felt so great that I had to share it with others, and help them to achieve it as well! I also love being in the gym environment! I have been doing this for over 12 years now and love it!
My own training:
My week consists of 4 training days. On each of these I like to focus on a section of the body to train with weights, broken down in Push, Pull, Legs and Arms. I like to also do at least half an hour of cardio on each of these days as well!
