A Summary Of 4 Popular Diets
There are lots of popular diets around the world today, especially when it comes to weight loss! Some of them are based on science and evidence, while others are more based on opinions and personal results of well known people. I have gone ahead and put together a short rundown video on a few of the most popular diets that people follow, including what they are, as well as some pros and cons!
First off we have weight loss shakes! These are something I can’t really support, but as they are very popular, they are included in the list!
Next up we have Intermittent Fasting!
After that, its the Keto Diet!
Last on this list we have the Vegetarian diet!
