We offer 1 on 1, 1 on 2, and small group training! While we specialize in weight loss for over 30s, we are able to help people to achieve any fitness goal! Depending on exactly what it is you are trying to achieve, we will advise on what is going to be best suited!
All sessions that we run are tailored to each individual, to ensure they are best suited to the goals you have! While working with us in these sessions, we will teach you how to lose weight, get leaner and become stronger. Our results speak for themselves, and you only need to look at our testimonials and reviews to see that we get people the result they are after!
Customized One-on-One & One-on-Two Private Fitness Training
Our main focus is on our 1 on 1 and 1 on 2 training. All of our sessions are run out of our private studio, where you can focus on your training without any distractions.
To ensure we are able to always deliver the best for our clients, we make sure to always start with a full assessment of someones starting strength, fitness and posture. From these assessments, we are able to tailor programs that not only help you to lose weight, get stronger and leaner, but also help reduce postural problems and pains.
The best starting point for anyone is to come along and do this session, and we would like to offer it to you, completely free of charge! Even if after this session, we decide that it won’t be a good fit for us to work with you, you will walk away with the information of what your body needs most to have balanced health and fitness!

Why did I become a personal trainer:
As a child, I had my own struggles with being overweight. Through a combination of correct diet and exercise, I was able to lose the weight and become much fitter. The feeling of success that I had felt so great that I had to share it with others, and help them to achieve it as well! I also love being in the gym environment! I have been doing this for over 12 years now and love it!
My own training:
My week consists of 4 training days. On each of these I like to focus on a section of the body to train with weights, broken down in Push, Pull, Legs and Arms. I like to also do at least half an hour of cardio on each of these days as well!
